I've read my brother Christians saying that the Prideful Ones are either going to hell (do not pass go, do not collect harp and wings). I've read my brother Prideful Ones (for I am a Prideful One and a Doubter of the worst order) saying that the Christians should not be pushing their God on others. What distresses me is that so much of this seems to be reflected in the life of Jesus: ``We all deserve Hell ...'' Judge not, that you may not be judged. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. If the citizens of that town revile you, leave that place and shake its dust from your sandals as you go. ``Any God that would do what this SOB Jehovah does ...'' You see a louse on someone else and not a tick on yourself. Whatsoever you do to the least of these ... He who would be the greatest among you must be the least. He who would be the first must serve the others, just as I have served you. And so forth. Let us first stop telling each other where we will go. That is not much better than telling each other where we should go, and so much less accurate. Remember, Jesus said that prostitutes were entering the kingdom of heaven before the righteous ones. Let's not talk about where each other's God belongs/is coming from/is going to. After all, it IS God's game, and if you have a complaint, bring it to Him. But there is so much you can do about the wretched condition of the world, and if you think that we are on the wrong track, then do what you can to provide food, shelter, rainment, and fellowship. And this might be directed to my brothers the Bible thumpers as well. Put up or shut up (now if THAT isn't a pridefull imperative ...) What good does it do to say `Stay warm and well fed' if your brother has no food and no cloak? And yes, by all means, let's hear from others outside ot the Atheist and Christian camps. -- from Mole End Mark Terribile (scrape .. dig ) hou4b!mat ,.. .,, ,,, ..,***_*.
