Good point.  Some people seem to feel that just because a claim is made, it's
valid.  Provided that one has already accepted the authority of the claimer in
advance.  And why does one do that?  Because claims have been made about the
validity of that authority?  Have those claims been validated?  Or are we
in a cycle where the claimers claim their own validity?
