The band in the movie "O LUCKY MAN" was the Alan Price Band and they did the music for it also. This is one of my all-time favourite movies, it's a shame that you had to wait until it was on cable. As I recall it didn't have a very long run at the theaters, at least in this country. I can remember having a long argument with a friend and his wife after the movie, they didn't approve of the not too subtle message by director Lindsey Anderson that either you conform to the masses way of life or perish. I'll always go to see this flick, anytime it's possible. David Cherson

Indeed, it was Alan Price in O Lucky Man. Not to mention Alan Price, as organist for Animals, reponsible for the great organ break in House of the Rising Sun as well as BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM
