One netter's remark about how a Jewish girl appreciated a Catholic church gave special help for those who didn't understand the service reminds me of my own difficuly when attending Christian services (friends' weddings, funerals, et al). As a Jew, I have to be continually alert to say "Amen" at the penultimate part of the prayer, just before the officiant says, "We ask it in Jesus' name." If I'm too late, I can't morally say "Amen" since I'm *NOT* asking it like that. (Obviously I whisper my amen, rather than shrieking it out and disturbing the insider worshippers.) --Lee Gold
