The second part is in the September 23, 1985 issue ( The New Yorker, NOT New York Magazine ) and I assume the third part will be in the September 30th issue. If you are scanning the Table of Contents, you will see "A Reporter At Large (Lubavitcher Hasidim - Part x " by Lis Harris. The New Yorker is noted for factual verification of all the non-ficition they publish. I will write a short review of the series within a few weeks. David S.
