[net.religion] Christmas -- a national holiday?

laura@l5.uucp (Laura Creighton) (10/02/85)

For at least the last 5 years I have worked Christmas. I haven't got much
use for it as a holiday, but do you ever get cpu cycles! I'm a consultant,
so I get to take holidays when iwant between contracts. The rest of the
world is not so lucky. Me, I would rather have August the 3rd as a holiday.
It would be nice if everybody got to specify the day they want off work
ionstead of being stuck with the day that most people want off work.
