[net.philosophy] Need arguments against Creationism

jgpo@iwu1c.UUCP (John, KA9MNK) (07/05/83)

For my speech class, I have to argue against the teaching of Creationism
in the schools. This will be a formal debate, with one-person teams.
I would appreciate it if anyone has a good argument against Creationism,
that they forward the gist of it to me.

This debate is to take place Wednesday, July 6, so I need the information
posthaste.

Please reply via mail. If there is no path between us, perhaps net.college
would be a good place to post replies, as there is little or no activity on
that newsgroup for the summer.

Thanks a bunch,

			John Opalko

Thanks to all who responded with arguments to use in my debate. However,
if you look at the date on the original request, you will see that it was
submitted on July 5, 1983! Judging from the number of replies I got way
back then (zero), it looks like the original article never got out, but was
spinning around on some disk or another for the past eight months until
something knocked it loose just this week. The original article was
canceled, but apparently not soon enough. So, thanks again for the deluge
of mail, and you can all stop now.

	Yours in confusion,
	John
