Origins are hard to describe. The bible says God created light - presumably he created all of Maxwell's equations around the same time. Since "god" is has always has been a euphemism for the unknowable let's not confuse that with science, the art of trying to know the unknown. See Castaneda's "The Fire Within" for a good description of the difference between "unknowable" and "unknown". Rick
