[net.philosophy] Time and Space

showard@udenva.UUCP (showard) (05/20/85)

It's amazing the amount of verbiage one little response has created. From
a simple "time is not a spatial dimension" I get answers like:

Blah, blah, blah, black holes and, blah, blah, ict, blah, blah, event hori-
zon, blah, blah, transformation and rotation, blah blah blah . . .

Misapplied theoretical physics doesn't impress me; spewing forth a lot of
technical terms does not constitute conclusive evidence; and I'm not entirely
sure that the people who have responded know whereof they speak. Therefore,
in order to save a lot of time and prevent further nonsense:

I, Steve "Blore" Howard, do hereby and forthwith renounce and rescind
my previous erroneous position and in fact any position whatsoever as to the
nature of time, space, or anything else.

That ought to put an end to this silliness.
