[net.micro.apple] Fast Apple DOS"es?

I have a few of the fast dos's they all appear to do the same thing. They all
replace some slow DOS 3.3 code with some faster code that cuts down on the
processing time. Some just rewrote the entire Dos and made it compatable with
DOS 3.3
