[net.micro.apple] vcalc<-->visicalc filters?

I have been trying to convert vcalc files to an apple compatible
(visicalc) format.  Does anyone have a set of filters for converting
files back and forth?  The format appears to be similar, but my
attempts thus far have not been successful.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
