People who own Apples (of some variety) or are just interested in the computer industry should try to get a copy of the Apple annual report. It is very well written (I don't even own an Apple or Apple stock), and has some nice hints about future products (visual page 7). You can get a copy of the report from any stock broker or from Apple. Mike

An interesting thing about the Apple annual report is the front cover illustration. It shows a graph with years as one scale (83-86). There are various arrows going up the graph, but two are prominent. The first has a little apple on top of it. The second, get this, has the letters "IBM" on it. The two arrows look tied at about '85. The other arrows all die out around '84. Then in '86, the is an arrow coming in from the side.....with a Japanese flag on it.
