I own an APPLE II+ computer and I am interested in picking up some software
to generate Hebrew characters, and to play games based on Jewish Holidays.
Has anyone tried out any software, and/or where could I get some from?
Is it copyable?

The Canadian Jewish News carried an ad last December for "Chanukah
games" avaulable for the popular micros. I believe the company
selling them was in Winnipeg. If I can dredge up any further information
I'll post it.

This follow-up is most timely. Last Purim I heard of an Apple program which
displayed the Megillah for sing-along use. In keeping with the spirit of
Purim, the program was supposedly repleat with sound effects and graphics
(Haman actually gets hung). Does anyone know the source?

There is also someone in the Greater Boston area advertising Beginning Hebrew
software. If there is any interest, I can track it down.
