[net.micro.apple] What's Where in the Apple

The successor to the Apple Monitor Peeled is a very valueable book for
][+ owners called "What's Where in the Apple," available from an outfit
called Micro Ink in New Hampshire. Gives all monitor, DOS, and Basic
entry points and variables. Combined with Beneath Apple DOS and the
disassembled Applesoft which comes with the Merlin assembler, this tells
all the inside stuff I could imagine anybody wanting to know. I got
mine through a local computer store that specializes in hobbyist stuff,
and had to wait a couple of months for it -- don't know why it is so
hard to get. It think it was 20 or 30 bucks but it is worth it to the
serious Apple hacker.
