[net.micro.apple] Apple Emulator for IBM PC

Isn't there a expansion card for the PC that will let it emulate an Apple II,
or read its disks or something like that?  I thought I heard about such a
card, and it would be quite useful for converting some Applesoft programs
to Microsoft for a PC.  Any info appreciated.
