Does anyone out there dial-up with an Apple II+ using the Apple Super Serial Card? I have an Apple II+ with the Super Serial Card and a Videx Ultraterm Display Card and I'm getting a blank line after every command I type in. I'm using the SSC in the Communications Mode, running in the Terminal mode (firmware). I think the problem is that in BASIC, <CR>'s are actually turned into <CR><LF>, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know a solution to this problem? I know it's not the Ultraterm, because I tried dialing-up without the Ultraterm and the same thing happened. I was also wondering if anyone out there has a termcap entry for the Videx Ultraterm (or Videoterm). I'm having some trouble running 'vi' on my Apple. In particular, all the motion keys (h, j, k, l) work except down (j). The termcap entry I have now lists 'do=^J' which seems like it should work, but it doesn't.
