[net.micro.apple] Apple emulator for the IBM PC

I presently own an IBM PC, 256K, two double sided, double density drives.
A friend of mine has an APPLE II + with loads of software (especially games).
Is there any way that I can use his software on my IBM?
If so, how reliable, etc....?
