<> I just had my first "hands-on" look at a Macintosh digital board. What was interesting is that the 2 ROM chips are socketed (this is a 512k board). Were the earlier boarded completely soldered or were the ROMs socketed? There were also areas labeled "512 only" and "128 only" (resistors in these areas).
