Does anyone have a Resource Compiler for the Mac running under Aztec 'C'?
Without one, how does one create Alert/Dialog Resources?

In BYTE october 1984 page 16 there is an advertisement of MANX's
Aztec C offering among other things a Resource Editor.
Isn't this true?? Or can't it be used to create new resource files??
 
I'd like to hear more about Aztec C anyway. Is it useable
as a development system (instead of a LISA for example)??
Is it possible to use *all* the routines described in the
Inside Macintosh documentation?
