You may have wondered how to use PRINT from the FILE menu (at least I did). This feature, as far as I know, only works for MacWrite 2.20 and MacPaint 2.2: It is possible to print one or more documents of a kind one after another without starting up MacPaint/Write, reading in the document, choosing PRINT, PRINT, open the next document, choose Print etc. You can PRINT a document right from the desktop! The steps are as following: - select one or more documents (using shift-clicking or dragging a rectangle) - choose PRINT from the FILE menu Now MacWrite or Paint is started up just for printing the selected documents. After the printing has been completed you are back on your desktop. This feature IS described in the Macintosh User`s manual, but before we had our upgrades this was "not implemented".
