Has anyone else noticed that the Koala pad for the IIe/IIc seems to develop glitches when you move the stylus too fast (where 'too fast' is defined as as fast as you would move a pencil point while doing careful hand printing.) It skips over the area in between the end-points of a line. Is this because the Apple is not sampling the outputs fast enough? or what? Rick Thomas ihnp4!btlunix!rbt

The problem is not the speed of the Apple II thats causing the problems, but the contacts in the Pad. When the pressure on the Koala Pad is to small, the Pad returns zero values. The problem also exists when the Apple is using a speedup card like the Accelertator or SpeeDemon. Bo Holst-Christensen Institute of Datology, University of Copenhagen, DK-2200 Copenhagen N.
