This request looks to me suspiciously like that of an aspiring pirate; if you
have a legit copy of Apple CP/M, then you should have the program called
APDOS, which comes on the Microsoft disk and is described in the Microsoft 
documentation.

	Yours is the second message I've seen jumping to this conclusion.
There are a number of other companies that market (legitimate) lookalikes
of Microsoft's Softcard. What software comes with them likely varies
a lot. This person may well have purchased a card that included CP/M,
but not a file conversion program. I see no reason to assume piracy.

The old Microsoft CP/M cards did not have the apple dos to
cp/m conversion programs, and several public domain versions
exist, so it is improper to impugn the motives of those
requesting such versions.
