Okay....assorted rumors about the Mac II to be announced later this
month at Apple's meeting (or so I hear).
1) Of course, color is the big expectation.
2) 1 Meg of memory is the other big expectation.
3) Actually, double sided drives are another hope.
I get conflicting news about one or two internal, though.
4) Production of the Appleline interfaces (finally). Not everybody
is hoping, though.
5) High-speed hard disk interface port...no more serial crud.
6) 12 inch monitor.
Anybody hear anything else??

I heard this from some guy in the local computer store.
He seemed reliable and clamed to have on on order already.
He said Apple will be coming out with a Turbo-Mac this Summer.
It will contain up to 2MB ram, 68020 processor, color and
an internal 960k double sided sony drive. He said the special
price (for developers or dealers or something) will be $1800
dollars.
He also said Apple will anounce that in is stopping to manufactue
the Lisa computers Completely.
