Does anybody know which signals are which on the modem port on the back of
the Apple //c ?

This information is available in the new IIc maintenance manual, available
from dealers for $50. It is in 2 volumes. I have a copy and will supply
the information tomorrow.

The following information is from the Apple IIc Reference Manual Vol.1.
Serial port 2------

pin number              function
  1                      DTR   Data Terminal Ready
  2                      TD    Transmit Data
  3                      GND   Ground
  4                      RD    Receive Data
  5                      DSR   Data Set Ready

In addition the manual contains 18 more pages of information regarding serial
port number 2 and the use of it for communications.
