More on Arthur Brown: In the late Seventies he worked with Klaus Schulze on some albums. The ones that come to mind are two under the name Richard Wahnfried, which were like some kind of technopop or like Tangerine Dream going for a more basic sound as opposed to their exploratory improvisation (I can't describe this music to anyone who hasn't heard it or anything like it). He also appeared on Schulze's "Live" album. Brown chants while Schulze provides synthetic sounds and percussion sequencer sound. This piece was called "Dymagic" and sounds like some kind of ceremony for space opera. It also lasts for literally a half hour, all on one lp side. He also did a solo lp or two, but I don't remember anything about them, other than that one sounded quite mainstream and had Soul influence. These were all European releases. cosmic Ray
