I am using an Apple Serial Interface card (not superserial) in Slot #1 with a Diablo 630 printer. When using WordStar under CP/M, if I try to print out a file, the system freezes up and I have to type any one key to get it to start printing. The letter "p" appears on the printer. Same thing happens after the file is printed -- freezes, hit a key to bring it back to life, and another "p" is printed on the Diablo. My temporary solution is to add a blank page to the beginning and the end of my documents, thus wasting two pages but improving the quality of the final printout (i.e., no P's). Anyone have an explanation for this? Better yet, a solution? Please mail me directly. -drew
