[net.micro.apple] 80 columns Kermit for Apple needed.

	I am looking for an Apple Kermit which will support
     the Apple //e extended 80 column board. The kermit I
     have now works only in 40 columns, and this makes my
     eyes look like tomatoes after an hour or so.
