[net.micro.apple] grappler II+ graphics dump

 I have a grappler II+ on my Epson mx-80, and I want to dump a high-res
graphics page. The only problem is I seem to have lost the booklet over
the last 2 years. I someone could give the the grappler firmware command
to dump a hi-res graphics page I would appreciate it.
