[net.micro.apple] Need XMODEM -- Apple II Pascal

We need to move ascii data files from an Apple II+ to a VMS VAX.
I'm told that XMODEM which runs under Apple II Pascal is what we
require.  We have a Micromodem II.  Does anyone know where I can
get XMODEM?
