Help! I have a very basic question, and I'd appreciate an answer, either by mail or by post. I'm using a Apple ][+, 80 col (videx) card, and a hayes micromodem ][e with AE 4.20 communications software. My question is this: What parameters need to be set to what in order to have reasonable full screen use (without 'surprise' garbage') on unix? Also..DAL corporation (or something like that...warning...this is from memory) is offering a hayes-compatible 1200 baud modem for $159...can anyone verify or comment on this?
