JDR microdevices lists the ICs for the apple disk drive. 3146 is $1.29, uln2003 $0.79, 3470 is $1.95 74125? is $0.45 their number is 800-538-5000 or 800-662-6279 in CA. They really exist as I have visited the store. Joe Wilkes
