Could someone tell me what book I should read after Beneath Apple DOS and Beneath Apple ProDOS for understanding DOS?

   Thanks a lot

Try Gary Little's "Inside the Apple IIe" for general Apple II tech
info and "Apple Prodos: Advanced Techniques for Programmers" by the
same author. Both books are published by Brady.

Rather than another book, try a subscription to Open-Apple plus its back issues.
There is subscription information in Beagle Brothers products such as ProByter.
(Open-Apple isn't a Beagle Brothers product, however; they just like it.)
