In regards to licensing DOS: In the July issue of Open-Apple, the newsletter by Tom Wieshaar, there is a list of things that can be licensed from Apple. DOS 3.3, it says, can be licensed for $50. This item is unsupported, as Apple no longer acknowleges DOS 3.3 ! ProDOS/BASIC.system/FILER/CONVERT is also $50. There are other items, too. You can also get technical documentation of the software not available elsewhere "To get in touch with these people, call 408-973-4667 or write Software Licensing Mail Stop 28-B Apple Computer, Inc. 10101 N. DeAnza Blvd. Cupertino, CA 95014 " ==================================================================== David Robins, M.D. Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Foundation (previously known as: Smith-Kettlewell Institute of Visual Sciences) 2232 Webster St; San Francisco CA 94115 415/561-1705 (voice) {ihnp4,qantel,dual}!ptsfa!ski!dr The opinions expressed herein do not reflect the opinion of the Institute!
