The only one I'm aware of off the top is the Applied Engineering RGB option
to their newest memory card, RAMWORKS III. The option has both Apple & IBM
RGB outputs, seemingly being able to use either type of monitor on the Apple.

AST and/or Quadram may make one too.

Cost for Ramworks III: Ramworks w/ 64K $179 (List)
		       RGB Optiob $129 (List)

Yes, the Ramworks and Checkmate memory cards have RGB capability
The Ramworks RGB has both Apple and IBM type RGB and costs $129 and is
added to the Ramworks card. I believe RGB is included with the
Checkmate card. The Apple type RGB devices can be converted with a
Mappler from Video 7 to work with IBM type RGB. So if you have a IIc or
an Apple RGB/64K card you can do this. The Laser 128 connects directly
to an IBM type RGB monitor with a $25 cable from Central Point Software.
The Laser has only white text, however. Taxan, Princeton Graphics and
others also make RGB cards for the IIe.
