  Right now, only on the Mac series and the IIc with the new ROMs but 
a board for the IIe should be available soon.

Not yet, but the Infamous Apple ][GS or whatever they're going to call
it, it is supposed to have an Appletalk port built in. Lisa's do
connect, but I think it has to emulate Mac to work (Not sure though
because it's the only way we use Lisa's here right now). IBM's connect
throgh PC Bridge. 
     I would like to note I asked this question before (for the
Apple][). I do believe that in the near future either Apple (or an
outside vendor) will make a card to connect the Apple ][ line to
AppleTalk. Look for Apple's Official new product's announcement due in
within a month or two.(October at the latest)
