I just fell upon the the possibilities to purchase profile 5 meg drives
for real cheap, so now I want to set up a BBS for our campus and local
users groups. The problem is that I need a BBS program (preferable
public domain or within a students budget). The program should support
Xmodem and text data transfers. It should also be able to drive an
external 2400/1200/300 baud modem.
Does anyone out there have such a beast? Anything at all, would
probaly do, as long as it's in basic or has the source code with it so
it can be modified or added onto. So if anyone out there has any sort
of BBS software, or knows where I can get ahold of some, please let me
know.
