Personally, my mother stayed at home and supervised us kids (so to speak)
until the youngest (myself) was about 13, then she took off and got a job
to return to the working world.  The point that is clear in my parents
household, though, is that my Mother can stop working as soon as she becomes
too bored with her job.
	Seems like a great solution...if the kids start freaking out, Mom
can become a full-time mother (pardon the phrase) for a while, but if they
are OK, then she can wander the ends of the Earth....

	As Denise said, I agree; I'm also well adjusted, and I saw less
of my mother when she WASN'T working!  (when you work, you tend to lose
interest in thousands of social activities.....)

	This is a bit incoherent, but I thought that I'd strike while
the proverbial iron was hot.
