The "Singer Scenario" is invalid as an abortion example because it sets up an artificial situation that is not analagous to real pregnancy. Remember, a pregnant woman is not usually immobilized as in the case of somebody in the situation you described. As for the questions presented, I could not in good conscience do something that I know would result in somebody's death, be it pulling a plug, or dropping a bomb. But to think the "Singer Scenario" is anything like pregnancy is to be deluded. Have you ever heard of "rape"? The "Singer Scenario" as stated is almost the same circumstances. The main differences are that 1) the "child" will live to be an adult (you won't raise it), and 2) you won't be related to the child.
