Although I am not likely to have the opportunity and, if I did have the opportunity, I doubt that I would be able to break down a certain reserve that would keep me from living the day in the best possible way, if I were given a day to live as a woman, I would spend it trying to have as many sexual experiences as possible. Why? Because I believe that the only short-term differences between men and women are their sexual apparatus and their sensory reactions to sexual activity. There are no mental differences worth noting, no moral differences, and the physical differences outside of sexual behavior are not of much interest to me. Now, if I had a year to live as a woman, I am not certain if I would have a child. Certainly pregnancy is the other major difference between men and women and it is not possible to experience in a day. However, there are other reasons why I might not choose that course; in particular, I am fairly sure that I am not interested in being a father, so I doubt I would like to be a mother. By the way, I am not interested in feeling any of the political or social roles of women. I can understand those without being a woman; such sympathy requires humanity, not sexuality. Charles
