Turn it around: there were a group of girls I spent a lot of time with when I was at college. Again, as you say, they were friends rather than dates or potential lovers. So much so that they asked me about guys who were dating or trying to date them - almost as a fifth colunist. I never dreamt of making any any advances towards them - damnitall, they were, and still are although were are now scattered over the globe, friends. I too heard some jokes which showed interesting views of anatomy and functionality, but which I could also find funny.
