It is my understanding (please, could someone supply
references?) that emotional cycles are not the
monopoly of the female gender. The difference, of
course, is that the female cycle is linked to other more
easily perceptible physical manifestations.
Or, to put it simply, a woman may more or less
accurately predict her emotional state. A man does not
have that advantage.
Now, who would you rather have in charge? A person who
knows that their judgment may be hormonally impaired on certain
days, or a person who would deny that their judgement might
be hormonally impaired?
