Can someone explain to me why recently, there have been increasing numbers of women entering computer software jobs, but virtually none in hardware related electronics.?

However, they tend not to be a. hackers b. procrastinators c. inefficient d. sloppy in testing and debugging. In my firm we hired many men and women. Many men did not work out while we never had any trouble with the women. The men who didn't work out flaked out because they became bored with the job before it was finished and became too involved with the operating system or neat features or elegance to solve the problem the business needed solved.
