The cover article of the February 1984 issue of "Atlantic" is entitled:
"Freud and the Seduction Theory". All in all an interesting piece, but
the description of the horrid things done to women in those days to "cure"
masturbation sort of took me aback a bit. And I thought I was hardened.
The speculation that young girls were (are?) assaulted by their fathers
in perhaps as many as 25% of the cases was also news. Its worth reading...
