Can anyone enlighten me on the technical legal grounds behind the pornography = civil rights violation argument? I must confess it puzzles me. While I'm up, I'll note that the last X-rated film I saw never showed the men's faces or legs -- they were costumed or masked, and completely DEHUMANIZED (aha!). The women, on the other hand, were naked, beautiful, and very human. The film I saw before that was produced and directed by the star, a woman. Finally, the last several women I talked to who were violently anti-porno had never seen any. One explanation may be that porno USED to be exploitive, and the people who got upset about it then haven't noticed the changes. Enough speculative maundering. Exactly why does generic porno violate anyone's rights? C (film stars have always been exploited) B
