Unless you are advocating total abstinence unless a couple is trying to have a baby, you need a lesson in the real world. ALL other birth control methods occasionally fail, even if used correctly 100% of the time. My choice of the word "ALL" is deliberate. It includes the entire range, from condoms to IUD's to diaphragms to pills to tubal ligations and vasectomies. If someone has gotten sterilized and subsequently pregnant, I think they should be shown a little compassion. Actually, if a woman pregnant during the first two trimesters decides for any reason that she cannot complete the pregnancy, I think she should be shown a little compassion rather than have to endure moralistic lectures like the above.
