For the sake of argument, I'll agree, men have no rights when it comes to the fetus. Now, what responsibilities do men have? Do men have any responsibilities for their children? Are children strictly the woman's responsibility? Remember when answering that we are agreeing that men have no choice about about whether or not the child is born. Next, again for the sake of argument, lets say I said that if either party wants an abortion then the fetus must be aborted. I have heard it argued that women who have abortions have a lower mortality rate than women who don't and the inconvenience is less. (I am not certain I buy either of these arguments but say they are true). Note, the only difference is that I have defaulted to death as opposed to life. Does that make a difference?
