Oh, good grief, if you stand in line in a supermarket you can see articles in the National Enquirer purporting to be about such studies. But big fucking deal. It's a lot less common than men using physical violence against women members of the household. Why when there's a discussion about a particular problem for women do we have to turn it around to what the similar problem is for men? Like the discussion about clitorectomies: sure enough, as was predicted, we soon had dozens of articles about circumcision. Look, this is NET.WOMEN. If violence from women (rather than against) has interest to women, then let's by all means discuss it. Otherwise, go talk about husband-beating in net.misc until there's enough interest for creating net.men.
