Maybe we should all take a little breather at this point in considering the questions of "provocative clothing" in inciting rape. Maybe we should be grateful that people on the net consider it an issue, since that is a pretty good indicator that they aren't rapists (since the rape experts agree that "provocation" has nothing to do with the crime). I mean, if your father, brother, male lover, coworker feels that women dress provocatively, you can breath a sigh of relief, and just be careful that they don't walk slouched over themselves, inviting the real attack. Don't let 'em vote, of course. And don't let 'em serve on juries, and don't let 'em talk about this with their peers for fear of perpetuating a myth, but by all means, relax around them, and enjoy your relative safety. It's a good sign, from the mystic muulahh, and we should sacrifice our carrots and be glad.
