This is the funniest thing I've read in weeks!  Keep it up, Tom!  (-: But watch
it, somebody might misunderstand you and decide you're old and senile at 33.:-)

I thought the stories were enlightening--I don't know about anybody else, but
I'd never before considered sewing to be useful in matters of self-defense! :-)
However, what I *really* want to know, is where these JERKS got the idea that
it was allowable to come home and beat up the family: is this the normal human
condition--to beat up littler people until they take action and teach you a 
lesson?  Bleah!  Think of the implication for children--if they can't get a
parent or other adult on their side and they're too small to enact retribution
(not to mention if they do, and their folks don't take to it well, they could
get carted off to Juvy).

Willie Nelson says he had to learn the hard way, but what about his wife?  I 
mean, according to his tale, he got one beating; how many did his wife get
from him?
