[Ray Frank] ------------------------------ > Ray, apparently you don't have too much insight into the minds of >decent men everywhere. ... > And one other thing, Ray- that crack about Ellen flattering herself >is not only outrageously insulting, but also shows your own ignorance. > [Jeff Sonntag] ------------------------------ Dear Mr. Sonntag, Have you ever met the kind of guy who can do nothing right, who's cloyingly sweet when there's no call for it, who talks too loudly in movie theaters, who breaks out in long tirades on no provocation, who carries around a chip on his shoulder as well as an invented internal world which produces non-sequiturish behavior at unexpected moments? I'm referring to the sort of fellow who walks on the wrong side of the aisle, doesn't notice people until he bumps into them, then overcompensates by jumping too far without looking where he's going and bumping into someone else. Now he has two people to blame instead of one -- what better evidence of the conspiracy against him is necessary? Beneath the surface veneer of crass churlishness and a deep desire to keep the focus of attention on himself, this person incorporates an obstinate clumsiness and a well-developed dislike for himself and everyone else, made manifest by his inability to keep hostile comments from springing unbidden to his lips. I'm sure you've met that kind of guy. Arguing with such a loser is itself a losing proposition. So don't argue with Ray Frank. Okay?
